How DealFeed works
What is DealFeed?
A feed of deals from stores you already use. Tap Get deal, buy like you normally would, and get up to 20% of the price back to your UPI.
How can you afford to pay me?
Stores and brands pay us when you buy through DealFeed. We give half of what they pay us back to you as cashback, up to 20% of the price.
Why is the cashback different on each deal?
Each store pays a different amount, so each deal shows its own “Up to X% back”. What you see on the deal is what applies.
Getting cashback
I bought something. Where's my cashback?
It usually shows up as Pending in your wallet within 72 hours. If it doesn’t, write to us with your order number and date.
Why is it Pending?
Stores allow returns for a while after delivery. We can only pay once the store confirms you kept the item. Your wallet shows the expected date for each purchase. It’s usually 30–60 days, depending on the store.
What can cancel my cashback?
- Returning or cancelling the order
- Using a coupon code from another website
- Not finishing the purchase in the same browser after tapping Get deal
- Breaking our rules (multiple accounts, fake orders)
Tips so your cashback tracks
- Sign in, then tap Get deal right before you buy and finish the purchase in the same browser.
- Empty your cart on the store before starting, and turn off ad blockers for the store.
- Don’t use coupon codes from other sites.
Withdrawing
When can I withdraw?
When your Available balance is ₹100 or more. You choose the amount, and it goes straight to your UPI ID.
How long does it take?
During our early days, each payout is checked and sent by hand. It can take up to 2 working days.
Why do I have to wait 72 hours after adding or changing my UPI ID?
It protects your money if someone else gets into your account.
Are there fees?
No. You get the full amount.
Founding 1000
What is it?
The first 1,000 members earn ₹10 for every 100 deals they scroll, up to ₹10 a week and ₹100 in total, for 90 days. A deal counts when it’s on your screen for at least 3 seconds. Full rules
Why is my Founding bonus locked?
It unlocks after your first confirmed purchase. After that, new Founding rewards go straight to Available.
Inviting friends
How do referrals work?
Share your code from Profile. When a friend who signs up with it has their first purchase confirmed, you each get ₹25. It shows in Pending until the store’s return window closes, then becomes Available to withdraw.
Account & privacy
What data do you keep?
Your email, your UPI ID (encrypted), and the purchases you make through DealFeed. We don’t sell your data. Details are in our privacy notice.
How do I delete my account?
Withdraw your balance first, then email us from your registered phone or email and we’ll delete it within 30 days. We keep anonymised payment records for as long as the law requires.
