Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and PLACEHOLDER: legal name of the business] ("DealFeed", "we", "us"), [PLACEHOLDER: registered address], for using DealFeed at dealfeed.tech. By creating an account you agree to them, to our [Cashback terms and to our Privacy notice.

Who can use DealFeed

• You must be at least 18 and live in India.
• One account per person. You need a verified email (or, once available, mobile number) to use your account, and a verified UPI ID in your own name to withdraw.
• Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

What DealFeed is

• DealFeed shows deals from other stores. You buy on the store's own website or app and pay the store directly. We never take payment from you and never ask for your card, UPI PIN, OTP or bank password.
• When you buy through a deal we may earn a commission from the store or an affiliate network. We share part of it with you as cashback, as described in the Cashback terms.
• Prices, stock, delivery, returns and the product itself are the store's responsibility. Check them on the store's site before you buy.

Your balance is not a wallet

• Your balance is an amount we owe you, not stored money. You can't spend it on DealFeed or send it to anyone else. It can only be paid out to your own verified UPI ID.
• Cashback is not guaranteed until it's confirmed. It can change or be removed if an order is returned or cancelled, if the store doesn't pay us, or if we find fraud.

Fair use

You must not: - create more than one account, use someone else's identity or UPI ID, or refer yourself; - use bots, scripts or other ways to fake views, clicks, sign-ups or orders; - pay or reward people to sign up, or promise others a fixed cashback or guaranteed money; - try to break, overload, scrape or get around the security of DealFeed.

If you do, we may hold or cancel rewards and cashback, recover amounts already paid from your future earnings, and suspend or close your account. You can ask us to review any such decision through the Grievance page.

Changes

We may change these terms, our programs (such as Founding 1000 and referrals) or features. For changes that affect you, we'll give notice in the app or by email before they apply. Rewards you've already earned are honoured under the rules that applied when you earned them.

Ending your account

You can stop using DealFeed and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy notice). Withdraw any Available balance first; pending cashback may be lost. We may close accounts that break these terms.

Liability

• DealFeed is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we can't promise it will always be error-free or online.
• We aren't responsible for the stores' products, prices, delivery or refunds, or for a store or network failing to report or pay for an order.
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the cashback we owe you that is Available at the time of the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law that can't be limited.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in PLACEHOLDER: city] have jurisdiction, subject to your rights as a consumer. Please contact us first through the [Grievance page so we can try to fix the problem.
